'Madhyama' - The Progressive programme

 The 'MADHYAMA' course is best suited for experienced Yoga practitioners who are familiar with Yoga. We recommend you to complete 'Prathama'  (Foundation programme) for a better understanding of 'Madhyama' (Progressive course).

Programme contents:

• Detailed knowledge and enhanced practices gathered from the authentic ancient  texts
• Implement advanced tools & techniques 
• Advanced Pranayama
• Mudras (Symbolic hand gestures) and it's significance
• Different types of meditation
• Relaxation techniques
