Vidya is a highly skilled trainer and a coach who has been developing and transforming lives of many students in India for over 15 years as a lecturer and a mentor.

She holds a post graduate degree in MSc and MPhil in Life Sciences  from India and an MBA from Leicester Business School, UK.

In pursuit of spiritual fulfilment, she has encountered many advanced spiritual masters in India and  has been graced by them.

She has actively participated in spiritual discourses, and  continues to share her knowledge with interested individuals. 

Vidya brings a wealth of knowledge in yoga & spirituality and is a practitioner for over 30 years!

Goutham was introduced to Yoga & Spirituality as a teenager when a summer vacation to India turned to be life-altering!

 He completed his Yoga Intructors Course (YIC) from 'SVYASA Yoga University, India. This led him to pursue his BSc in Yoga followed by MBA in People and Organisation Management from SVYASA Yoga University.

He has trained corporate  employees and international participants in stress management and inner-wellbeing .

Goutham has also led and conducted 'Personality Development Camps' (PDC) for children. As part of Yoga therapy, he has treated several international participants with ailments such as depression, anxiety, obesity etc.

Goutham  has been in the spiritual path for over 10 years and is an active practitioner.
